      To achive it you need 20 in magic, finish mission "A efiled Holy Mountain" in Omi Region. AFter that Dojo mission to abtain mystic arts will be availible

        Instant Extraction talismans when you need to recharge the Living weapon?
        Instant Carnage talismans when you need to murder something really fast?
        Instant Protection talismans when you need to tank a hit?
        General speed up for magic casting?
        Sounds like one of the best mystic arts in the game.
