Genius Strategist's Tekko Description

"Tekko made from thin iron cladding reinforced with leather and cloth, that protect both the wrists and the backs of the hands. Though grimy after many months of use on his pilgrimage of the island, they remain undamaged. This clothing was worn by the great tactician of Higo province, Marume Nagayoshi. Nagayoshi was tutored by Kamiizumi Nobutsuna in the Shinkage stype of sword fighting. He was employed as a tutor by the Sagara family, but became a ronin after being defeated by Shimazu clan. After traveling the length and breadth of Kyushu, he conceived the Taisha school of tactics and became known as a genius strategist."
