Karakasa Umbrella Description

"A yokai in a shape of an unbrella. It has a single large eye at its center and a single leg in place of a handle. Also known as "Karakasa-kozo" (umbrella kid) and "Ippon-ashi" (one-leg). Appears out of nowhere and startle people on rainy nights.

Like most yokai in the shape of tools and other man-made items,the Karakasa umbrella is said to be a "tsukumogami": an old object that came to life after being thrown away. A "karakasa" is a kind of traditional Japanese umbrella that included such varieties as the tough but simple "bangasa", the "janome" or "serpent's eye" umbrella with its painted concentric circle design, and the "higasa" or parasol."

Combat Information

• If alone, Karakasa umbrellas can usually be rushed down before they can attack and killed in one combo.
• Using corners to block their lines of sight and ambush before they attack is advised.
• Blocking is effective when they shoot out paralytic needles but when fighting multiple umbrellas, it may be preferable to dodge.
• Kunai work effectively in not only supplying you with amrita per each hit but also in draining their ki, allowing you to rush up for a finishing blow.
• The needles can be dodged by crouching. This can be done via trigger sprint or emotes. ( please confirm )
