AnonymousIt does drop from the main boss. I have been trying forever but I can cofirm that is where it dropped. Equip luck gear, switch to Hunter's Blessing. Possibly beat the game to improve drop rates? I finally got it today after multiple runs, these factors may or may not apply but that is just my experience. Keep trying. It does drop, I promise!

Ogress boss dropped the schematic of this for me first time I beat her during story missions, so if you missed out on the DLC for doing the last chance demo you can farm her for it.
16 Attempts, just keep it up guys. you'll get it from her corpse eventually, Little heads up, i use the little Kodama Blessing for Material (because Blueprints are mats)
