The Silver Mine Writhes mission, has a small box that drops the Sacred Brush, an amulet and Moment Talisman. It can be found in the area after the Central Mine Key door (area just before boss room). Just as you enter this area, stay on the level with the wheeling and run to the side where the dweller tries to grab you (evade or kill either) run down the catwalk until you reach the hole in the catwalk, if you keep running g you will fall and if done correctly (weight may affect you) you will fall to the next platform down and not to the very bottom. Careful as poison can still effect you. There will be a box and nothing else on this platform you dropped to, the box holds a sacred brush an amulet (random element) and a moment talisman.
