Ok let's settle this, does this weapon makes SPELLS steonger, or does it scale off magic, making the WEAPON stronger?

Does the magaic damage bonus apply even if you have this weapon sheathed as a secondary? e.g. Fighting with a spear as main and wanting this just for the magic buff, does that work or do you have to be wielding it while casting?

Been farming Watcher in the dark or what's it called with the boss before the mage. I can confirm that it dropped blue from an ogre. Ignore my ignorance of Japan names but I can confirm it dropped from the one in front of the boss WOS

I found a divine one with an inheritable marker from an offline revenant (the dudes who just spawn from the graves while you are offline) while trying to farm those rare Magatamas in the Trail of the Mater NG+ mission. I was quite excited about it. I retardedly thought that I could make it ALSO inherit Change to Attack (skill), because I've 99'd that for other weapons, but that wasn't happening. But it does inherit Agility Damage Bonus A+, which might be good if you are a light mofo. Interesting weapon, and it does drop. Gotta be from mages though. Cheers!

I have farmed onmyo mages in Sekigahara for hours with over 300 luck and I have never seen these weapons drop. Can anyone absolutely confirm they do, in fact, drop from mages?
