Increasing Skill improves your values in the following stats:
- Improves Ki Pulse
- Required to unlock the passive abilities on Light Armor
- Adds B+ damage to Dual Swords
- Adds B+ damage to Rifles
- Adds C damage to Spears
- Adds C+ damage to Kusarigamas
- Adds C+ damage to Bows
- Slightly raises Ninjutsu Power
- Unlocks Samurai Skill Points
