The Iga Escape Walkthrough

When the mission begins you can go forward and just left of the house to find the first Shrine. Head into the structure and break the wall and take out the Ninja. Loot the corpse in here for Salt x2 and break the next wall section and head left down the hallway. In this  next room you will find 2 ninja. It's a good time to use a ranged headshot to kill one first to avoid having to take on 2 at once. Defeat the and a find another ninja in the next room ahead. Exit this room and hang a left and go left on the stairs. 

You'll come to another room with a ninja. Kill him and to your right you can trigger a revolving wall that leads you to a room with a large chest and a ladder you can take up. Break the boxes here to find a Kodama then take the ladder up and head right but beware a ninja who will ambush you from the right as you enter the next room.

Head to your left through the opening to find a fiend across the way. Take it out but be careful you don't go through the trap door. On this opposite side you can take the doorway out and head down a set of stairs but watch out for the ninja who will ambush you. At the bottom you will encounter a yokai fiend in the room. In this room there is another revolving door which you can spot by the tracks on the ground. Activate it to head to the next portion and destroy the wall dead ahead to reveal a room with a large green crystal. Destroy the crystal and then destroy the wall panel just beyond it and step outside. 

Take the stairs to the ground, pick up the Kodama behind the well and then head left to see a door you can open for a shortcut. Make your way back to the courtyard and take out the ninja that ambushes you. Head back up the stairs of the house and stay to the left up to take the long walkway network across to the other side of the area, taking out enemies along the way. At the end, enter the opening into the next structure to find a Shrine on your left.

Exit the Shrine and head right up the stairs to defeat yet another ninja. Follow the path to the right and open the sliding door and enter heading left to the corner. Drop down here avoiding the spike hazard and enter the room on the left to find a shadow realm yokai. Be careful of the hole in the floor here! Defeat the yokai and carefully drop down the hole to a beam below. Make your way carefully to a long plank across the center of this section that slopes up. Follow it up and open the sets of doors and destroy the screen. Make your way back to the beams and drop down to the right onto a plank ledge and then again to the ground floor. Take out the archer who is above and reveal the shadow realm yokai. Kill it and open the double doors to the next room

In the next room you will face off against some spiders. Kill them and proceed. WARNING, before entering this next room, it contains a spike trap that will come down on you from above. Don't go charging into the room unless you want to become ground meat. Instead stay on the planked perimeter. You can wait for it to drop and take it up to the next level to reach another section where you will face a spider. You can drop through a hole here to loot a corpse on top of a bookcase for Yokai Water Pot x2.  Back in the spike room, head out the doorway to the left and down the hall. Straight ahead you can knock out the wall to face a yokai with a chest and you can smash the wall on the right and then the next ahead to come to a room with a revolving door. Trigger it and follow the path to the left to find another revolving wall. Trigger it and enter the next room and kill the enemy there. You will be ambushed by a ninja through the walls here. Kill it and break the next wall. There is a Nurikabe in this room that you can attempt to appease with Gestures or suffer the pain. Defeat it to reveal a Hot Spring and a Kodama. Loot the small chest in here for Sacred Ash x1 and Fire Amulet x2.

Exit the Hot Spring and and turn right to find a rotating wall with a Kodama on the other side. Head out the next revolving door then head right and then right again. Down this hall you can take the first left into the doorway. This room will have several frog statues. At the end open the double door to face the Mission's final test.
