Speed Run Walkthrough

Way of the Strong: This is the fastest route to get all three chests and finish the mission. Movement speed and defense buffs are nice to have. .

First Chest: Start by running up around the path to the right, across the bridge on the left side to avoid the zig-zagging boulder (this is the best time to use a tiger-running scroll), wait out an attack from the one-eye oni, dodge past, open the door (or just open door if you can tank a hit, the animation is cancelled but the door continues opening), dodge the giant skeleton's attack and check if there's a chest on the right side in the shrine. If so, open it and end the mission.

Second Chest: With no chest there, head back out of the shrine and around to the right of the door, up the path into a cave. There's an axe Yoki that spawns here, bait an attack and open the door (or just open the door and tank through it). Drop down two ledges (hold dodge as you land at an angle to roll off the second ledge) and open the chest if there is one.

Third Chest: With no chest there, drop down another ledge and run straight ahead until you get to a room where you take the left doorway past some urns, facing a charging firewheel which you need to block/dodge. Next room you take a left, then a right to head up the stairs and face another fire wheel. Keep to the left until you get to a staircase corridor with statues, up to a door with a stone soldier right next to it. Avoid his attack, open the door, keep to the left in the room and open the chest there which has to contain the charm given none of the others did.
