Demon Hunting is a Mission in Nioh. 

"Our domain is infested with yokai of late, and the people are suffering for it. If the enemy were not yokai, I would fight alongside you, but...Sir Anjin, can I leave this in your hands?"

Demon Hunting Walkthrough

When the mission starts head to the Shrine ahead. Take the path between the rocks down to a hill which opens to a battlefield. An Oni-Bi and yokai will appear. Several more will spawn and be mindful of the yokai realm portals. Defeat all the enemies and another dual wielding yokai will emerge. Kill it and continue down a path between two ledges. 

On the other side you will come to a field with more bloody graves. 2 yokai will spawn, defeat them and 2 Wheel Monk and Oni-Bi will attack. 

When you arrive at the lake you'll face off against Onryoki and 2 Oni-Bi. Defeat him as you did in the Isle of Demons mission. Once slain, the mission will be complete!

      Very intense mission. Make sure you have lots !!! of extra medicine. I really dislike the fire wheels and theres two of them at once to boot. The boss is not to hard if you remember his moves from earlier in the game it's a lot easier of an arena to fight him in. Good luck
