Dual Sword Skills

 

Dual Swords offer a very high attack frequency, but are economical in terms of Ki consumption, and are very good for blocking attacks.
They also offer good methods of breaking through enemy guard and their Skill tree incorporates buffs to Ki recovery while guarding.

Sign of the Cross Quick-draw attack. Can only be initiated when swords are in their scabbards. - 3 Active Hold R1+O Grapple
Sign of the Cross II Greatly reduces time needed to gather energy for a Sign of the Cross attack. Adept 4 Active Hold R1+O Sign of the Cross
Purify Yokai Realm Activates when you recover the maximum amount of Ki from a Ki Pulse. Purifies the defilement clinging to you and your vicinity. - 0 Active Ki Pulse -
Flux Changing to another stance on a successful Ki Pulse increase the amount of Ki recovered. - 1 Active Ki Pulse / Stance Purify Yokai Realm
Flux II Increases ki recovery when you switch stances during Flux. Novice 2 Active   Ki Pulse / Stance Flux
Flash Attack Performs a quick attack when switching weapons after a Ki Pulse. Adept 3 Active Ki Pulse / Weapon Flux II
Tachi Arts Close combat damage increased 10% against enemies with full Life gauges. Novice 6 Passive N/A  Flux
God of Wind Mid  / Low stance only. Follows up a combo with a roundhouse kick. - 2 Active

God of Wind III By properly timing additional buttion press after God of Wind, allows you to quickly double slice. Adept 4 Active

Moon Shadow Mid / Low stance only. Maneuvers behind an enemy after they deflect your attack, then slashes them with an extra hit. Veteran 4 Active

Ki Pulse: Heaven High stance skill. Activates when you recover full Ki from a Ki Pulse. Raises the damage caused by your next attack. - 1 Active Ki Pulse -
Living Water: Heaven High stance only. Enables you to use Ki Pulses even when dodging - 5 Active  Dodge Ki Pulse: Heaven
Cherry Blossom High stance only. Follows up a combo with a jumping slice. - 2 Active
mid combo		 Ki Pulse: Heaven
Water Sword Hight stance only. Slices an enemy multiple times. (Press button repeatedly to vary the technique.) Novice 3 Active L1+Triangle -
Water Sword: II Increases the slicing speed of the Water Sword technique. Adept 4 Active L1+Triangle Water Sword
Windstorm High stance only. A spinning attack that slices all around you. - 3 Active L1+Triangle -
Windstorm II Increases the strength of the wind generated by Windstorm. Novice 4 Active L1+Triangle Windstorm
Ki Pulse: Man Mid stance skill. Activates when you recover full Ki from a Ki Pulse. Raises the damage caused by your next attack. - 1 Active Ki Pulse -
Living Water: Man Mid stance only. Enables you to use Ki Pulse even when dodging - 3 Active  Dodge Ki Pulse: Man
Demon Thrust Mid stance only. A combination move incorporating defence and attack. Thrusts a sword while simultaneously guarding. - 2 Active L1+Square Ki Pulse: Man
Defence Arts +10 Ki recovery speed when guarding - 4 Passive  N/A Demon Thrust
Heavenly Flow Mid stance only. Parries an enemy's attack - 2 Active L1+Triangle Demon Thrust
Earthly Flow Mid stance only. Parries an enemy's attack. Veteran 4 Active L1+Square Heavenly Flow
The Shrike Mid stance only. Thrusts one sword to block the enemy's move while attacking them with the other sword. Veteran 3 Active L1+Triangle Heavenly Flow
Random Slice Mid stance only. Rushes forward while swinging two swords. - 3 Active Hold X while guarding -
Ki Pulse: Earth Low stance skill. Activates when you recover full Ki from a undefined. Raises the damage caused by your next attack. - 1 Active Ki Pulse -
Living Water: Earth Low stance only. Enables you to use Ki Pulses even when dodging - 1 Active Dodge Ki Pulse: Earth
Mind's Eye Low stance only. Gives you a clear view and mobility after a dodge, where you would have been frozen before. Novice 3 Active  ?? Ki Pulse: Earth
Mind's Eye: II When Mind's Eye is successful, attack power increases. Adept 4 Active  ?? Mind's Eye
Raijin Weave across the field attacking enemies. Can be charged to increase the number of strikes. Veteran 3 Active

Mortal Flow Rushes forward and performs a hard thrust, following up with a strong slash if the thrust hits. Veteran 3 Active L1+Triangle -
Mortal Flow II Adds a gust of wind to the follow-up slash of Mortal Flow, increasing its strength. Veteran 4 Active L1+Triangle Mortal Flow
Momentum Landing an attack reduces the Ki usage of subsequent attacks. This effect can be boosted if you land another attack before it runs out. Mystic 7 Mystic Art  N/A Cleared Mission "The Grimmest Blades"
