Kagutsuchi's Magatama is a Key Item avilable in Nioh. 

Kagutsuchi's Magatama Description

 "A curved bead used in rituals celebrating Kagatsuchi, a god of both fire and blacksmithing. Kagatsuchi is said to impart his divine power upon the furnace to assist smiths in finishing their work."

Uses and Effects

• Used to upgrade Senji Tome's blacksmithing forge.
• Adjusts the likelihood of forging equipment of the same quality as the materials used.
• There are 5 to collect in total. You can check roughly how many you have collected from the map main menu > Amrita Memories > Character Directory > Senji Tome. Once you have collected and given 3 Kagutsuchi's magatamas to Tome, then entry 3 will appear (Sparks fly etc...). Once you have collected and given 5 Kagutsuchi's magatamas to Tome, then entry 4 will appear (Tome showed her genius etc...).

Where to Find

• Found: "The Silent Crow" in Sekigahara region, in a secret room reachable from the rafters where one of the Kodamas was located. From the rafers, there are three holes in the wall you can enter. Enter the one that is closest to the elevator. Inside the room, drop down onto the closer set of drawers, the magatama is in a small chest on set of drawers on the opposite site of the room.
• Found: "The Ghosts of Sawayama" in Omi region, in the upper prison side area. In a big chest at the end of a corridor with a sealed door.
• Found: "The Malefactors" in Kinki region, beside the blocked cave entrance, in a house with spider eggs. The magatama in the big chest.
• Reward: "The Magatama of Fire" in Chugoku region and "A Fiercer Flame" in Tokai region.
