Sekigahara Walkthrough

This battle is a seminal one in Japanese history and this mission begins with a considerable and powerful story scene. When the mission starts go straight ahead to find the first Shrine.

Head left of the shrine and along the path to find a corpse to your left with ??. Continue forward and stay to the right down a pass to find a soldier. Defeat it and continue down the path. Take your first left up and around to find another 2 Warriors by scaffolding. There is a corpse near here you can loot. Continue around and cross the plank bridge to the other side and take out the warrior and head left and then a sharp right around the fencing. 

You'll come to a series of cloth walls, mind the enemy here. You'll make a left through the opening to trigger a cutscene. You will then face off against the first boss of the mission.

Boss Fight: Otani Yoshitsugu

Defeat him and a cutscene will play. You're part of the battle now! Exit the arena and follow the bannerman left and then head down the path to the far right.  Loot the corpse along the way and kick down the ladder at the end to unlock a shortcut. Backtrack and then hang a sharp right to take the next path down and cross the bridge to the left to enter the fray.

You can engage and explore the area or keep heading straight across the battlefield, watch for flaming arrows. There are lots of enemies in this area. If you keep progressing straight across the battlefield eventually you'll come to a stream. Follow it to the left and take the path to the left around the enemy lines. If you keep heading straight you will see a ramp that drops down into a circular arena. Drop in to trigger another cutscene and take on the next boss.

Boss Fight: Shima Sakon

Defeat him and stand over him to hit proceed and trigger the cutscene. You will obtain the Kara-jishi Guardian Spirit. The story continues in The Source of Evil.
