Skins or Transform is how you can equip new character skins in Nioh. You access it from the Hidden Teahouse and exchange Glory for new skins. Once you purchase a new skin from the merchant you can navigate to Transfrom from the menu and select the skin you want to equip. While transformed, your appearance will not be affected by any armor you equip. Equipping a new transformation earns you the Trophy Disguiser.
