Swallowtail Armor: Kote Description
"Gauntlets made using thin, ornamental iron plates. They are crafted from leather, allowing for brushes and other small objects to be handled with ease. Part of a traditional armor set known as Tosei-gusoku in Japanese, this armor was worn by the warlord Gamo Ujisato, who was born in Omi province (present-day Shiga prefecture). Ujisato was discovered by Oda Nogunaga at a young age, and given an important position where he participated in various military campaigns across the country. He was given the baptismal name "Leon" when he converted to Christianity. Under the orders of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, he was relocated to Aizu (present-day western Fukushima prefecture), where he fought against Date Masamune, and died young due to illness. Well-versed in the art of the tea ceremony."
