Swallowtail Armor: Suneate Description
"Greaves made from thin metal plates, designed to fold at the middle. They are attached to the leg from behind using leather and cord. Part of a traditional armor set known as Tosei-gusoku in Japanese, this armor was worn by the warlord Gamu Ujisato, who was born in Omi province (present-day Shiga prefecture). Ujisato was discovered by Oda Nobunaga at a young age, and given an important position where he participated in various military campaigns across the country. He was given the baptismal name "Leon" when he converted to Christianity. Under the orders of Toyotomi Hideyoshi, he was relocated to Aizu (present-day western Fukushima prefecture), where he fought against Date Masamune, and died young due to illness. He learned the art of tea-making as one of Rikyu's top disciples, and was an expert at evaluating teaware and battle-gear."
