Takahira Odachi Description
"An odachi forged by Takahira of the Kobizen style in Bizen province (present-day southeastern Okayama prefecture). Takahira was one of three master swordsmen of the Kobizen school of swordcrafting alongside Sukehira and Kanehira, collectively known as the "Bizen Sanhira," or 'Three Hiras of Bizen". He forged many famous swords, including Jakirimaru and Chichibugakauhira, among others. This odachi is lightly curved and is capable of both thrusting and slicing, with its weight lending great power to each strike."
