The Ocean Roars Again Walkthrough

When the mission begins, head down the steps and pray at the Shrine. Speak to the NPC and she will tell you a little about the events in the area and will give you some Flint and Fire Amulet.

If you head right from when you came down the stairs you can take a path to the right of a boulder to find 2 enemies, one who will shoot flaming arrows at you. Take them out and loot the corpse for Sacred Water.

From the stairs you took down head across the covered bridge to the left, being careful to avoid the gaps in the bridge. At the other side, a slime will hop out of the water. Take it out and head to the left to take out the enemy in the corner. Carefully make your way to the opposite corner of this room and light the torch here. 

Proceed into the room ahead and watch for the enemy that will attack from the right. Defeat him and open the double doors. In this room you wil find an oni and a chest.

Exit the room and head left to find a Kodama along the wall to the left. Cross the planks to your right and take out the human enemy on the other side. Around the corner to the left will be another enemy to deal with. Proceed straight ahead and 1 slime will drop down to attack you and another will emerge from your right. To your left you will find a human archer you can take out from range. Defeat the slimes and go forward and head right up the short stairs to the platform and defeat the enemy here. Head down the stairs and follow the railing around the left corners until you find a Kodama next to the boat. Make your way back and proceed to the next platform, you will see a corpse to your left with ??

When you approach the next platform an oni will reveal and a slime will also jump out of the water. Defeat them. You can backtrack the way you came and head right to the set of double doors and open them.

Head through the doors and go left at the end to find a slime. Defeat it and move forward, staying to the left of this walkway to avoid falling in the water. Defeat the enemy on the other side and head right to find a sword wielding enemy. Take him out and proceed forward to reveal an oni yokai. Defeat it and just ahead to the right you'll find a Shrine to pray at.

Go around the corner here and follow the narrow plank path carefully around to the back of the structure to find a ladder. Take it up to the roof and go straight ahead to find a ladder down on the roof to the left. Take it down and head into the area here to find a patrolling oni. Defeat it and light the torch.

Head back to the ladder and take it up and head left. Drop down to the boat below to find an enemy and a corpse you can loot for ??. Break the crates ahead and to the right and step into the area and head left across the planks to find a corpse with ??. Proceed ahead across the boat and drop down to the next platform and take out the enemy. 

Continue forward and take the curving plank bridge path to the left to find 2 enemies by a long ramp that slopes up. Defeat them and head up the ramp to reach the roof and stay left, minding the holes and the enemy who will pop up here. Continue along the roof and head left through the broken gap in the parallel roof ahead. Ahead you will see an enemy standing on the corner. Take it out and from that corner head right along the narrow ledge. At the end you can drop down to the right to find a Shrine.

Progress ahead and to the left to find a corpse with ?? and open the double doors to unlock a shortcut. Enter and a slime will pop out. There is a corpse to the left with ??. Proceed ahead continue straight through the doors ahead and keep progressing straight keeping to the left across this area (you will have come through here before). Make a right at the end and keep your eyes peeled for a single beam you can cross to get to a ladder up the side of a structure. Take the ladder up and kill the enemies who ambush you on the top and loot the corpse for a Signpost Talisman x1. In the corner you will find a Kodama.

Head up the ramp and stay right through the gap in the roof. Head left across to find a corpse with ??. At the end drop down to the right to take out the slime and proceed ahead to take out another slime. Before you proceed, peak behind you to find a Kodama standing just near where you dropped down in the corner.

Go ahead and take a left to come to a room with a corpse with and a chest. Enter the open doorway and head right to reveal a yokai. Defeat it and light the torch in the room. Just beyond the torch to the left you will find a Kodama. Now that all 3 torches are lit, you will make the impeding fight much easier. Head left from where you first entered the room and head left down the hallway. On the right you can remove the talisman from the light grey wall to reveal the false wall yokai. Go through it and progress straight ahead through the level to come to a large double door gate.

Open it to face the Boss of this mission, Umi-Bozu

Afterwards a long cut scene will play out and your journey will continue in Spider Nest Castle.
