Kyakuja Tonfa Description
"Metallic tonfa said to have been crafted from a famous sword that belonged to Kosen, king of Koshi province in the Spring and Autumn period. Out of the eight legendary King of Koshi blades, the seventh blade, the holy sword Kyakuja, served as the base for the tonfa, and a series of spell—like inscriptions were etched into the rods. The material that comprises them is thought to have been specially crafted to resist rust for over two thousand years. When the mysterious ore inlayed in the tips of both the right and left rods glimmer in the light, it is said that yokai and those possessed by spirits tremble in fear and cower before the wielder of these tonfa."
