Master Missions
Master Missions in Nioh are training Missions that let you learn from NPCs. These missions can be accessed from the training dojo.

I am corious there has to be some thing else that triggers dojo missions being unlocked, quit a mission (The Spirit Stone Slumbers) when I hit 40, re did my stats to 10 10 dex/mag and yet those dojo missions were not unlocked.

The Greater Demon Hunting side mission (Kinki Region) is a prerequisite for The Invincible, Axe's Mystic Arts. I am certain of this as only the other 4 weapon Master Missions popped up in my dojo after Immortal Flame, none of which I'm anywhere near the required proficiency, closest is dual swords with 14635 proficiency (I have 999999 with the axe). I finished The Greater Demon Hunting side quest after Immortal Flame and The Invincible then became available in the dojo.
