Patch 1.04 (February 24, 2017)

golden-nioh-armor-patch

Important Announcements

  • In commemoration of Nioh selling over a million copies, and as a huge thanks from all of us, we’ll be giving everyone the “Gold Nioh Armor” set. After updating to version 1.04, select the “Boons” option in the Shrine Menu to claim your armor set. Thanks again for your support!
  • Upon fulfilling certain conditions when forging at the blacksmith, in rare cases players would receive very high-level equipment. This was a bug that resulted in players obtaining much higher level equipment than the game was balanced for. As such, it has been fixed.
  • In version 1.04, there is still a small chance to receive a high-level item, but we have adjusted the level of the items that players can receive.
  • Additionally, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion, but as part of these adjustments, version 1.04 will also lower the levels of bugged equipment that has already been obtained.
    • The adjustment is based on the original level of the equipment, so equipment that was already high-level to begin with will still be high-level.

Adjustments and Improvements

  • Added the “Koan Manual” to the Trading Menu in the Hidden Teahouse.
    • You can use a Koan Manual to reset your Prestige Points.
  • When holding the maximum amount of ammo or certain consumable items, picking up any additional ammo or items will now send them automatically to your storehouse.
  • Added an “Other” category under “Gameplay Record” to display your overall play time.
  • The following additions have been made to the “Basic Game Settings” option in the System Menu.
    • Add Weapon Tabs to Inventory Menu
    • Add Armor Tabs to Inventory Menu
    • Add Accessory Tabs to Inventory Menu
    • Auto-Refill Ammo From Storehouse at Mission Start
    • Reset Camera Upon Guarding
  • The current version of the game will now display on the title screen.
  • Add the option to sort weapons and equipment by type.
  • The Guardian Spirit Itokuri’s “Paralysis” blessing has been changed to prioritize a weapon’s element.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug in which the auto-save would overwrite a different character data file when an error occurred while saving.
    • It is still currently possible for an error to occur while auto-saving, but saving again will cause the save to complete normally. It is expected that the auto-save error will be addressed with system software update 4.50.
  • Fixed a bug in which certain enemies continue to emit Amrita after they should have stopped.

I dont get it so is patch 1.20 completely made to counter suzaku? My question is does it cancel all critical builds? Like for example will suzaku and armor and charms still give that boost while in crit, or does the pach 1.20 cancel only skills that give that? Cause if patch 1.20 cancels all of them than suzaku pretty much got neutered.

if you're gonna make a page like this, keep it updated. There were patches on PS4 last year, this year, hell 2 days ago (to put in some ad to "help" us pre-order Nioh 2 lol)...

lm getting a really good bug apparently , lm receiving what appears to be an attack boost with my tonfas everytime l get amrita (very short though maybe 1 sec. but unlimited if you keep absorving amrita), theres is no indication of such bonus on any of my equipment, may be just the image showing though right? The tonfas in question are supposed to give you a stamina recharge boost but the image that appears is the same exact as attack bonus ninjutsu and they even stack, l need to make some test and see if actually there is an attack bonus, but as for now l half kill every boss by just ramming into them with my living weapon, some of them 3/4 or more even being 20 lvls or more above me (lm lvl 108 actually) they are regular tonfas btw...
anyways, any light in these issue would be aprciated, lm surely missing something hehe

          • Page has been updated with complete Nioh patch notes as of November 2017. I used my Google Doc I made recently. View it at: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ePVeJIz_J5L8XzU4Qmb5NN-X_B2rWISa21uaqYbsme0/edit?usp=sharing. Thanks.

I have a problem, the Bridge of bone map (any mission using that map) will make the game crush, can't do that mission.
