Ogosho's Hood is a Head Armor in Nioh.
Ogosho's Hood Description
"A white pointed hood said to have been worn by Tokugawa Ieyasu during the Siege of Osaka. After establishing the Edo Shogunate, Ieyasu handed control of Edo Castle to his son Hidetada, whom he also made the regime's commander-in-chief, before himself retiring to Sunpu (present-day Shizuoka City.) he came to be called "Ogosho," meaning "a man of great wealth and power," which later became the customary title for the retired head of the shogunate. Before the Siege of Osaka, Ieyasu was already 70 years old and heavy helmets proved too great a burden for him to wear. When he moved his main forces from Sumiyoshi Shrine in southern Osaka to the front lines at Mount Chausu, Ieyasu donned his helm once more, but when he surveyed the Sanada army and foresaw the drawn-out battle that lay ahead, he switched back to his hood."
