Kaikunigo is a Weapon in Nioh.

Kaikunigo Description

"A tachi forged by the famed swordsmith Gono Yoshihiro of Etchu province (present—day Toyama prefecture). It is known to have been passed down through the Takeda clan of Kai (Yamanashi prefecture), being favoured in particular by Takeda Shingen and his son Katsuyori. Stolen by Takigawa Kazumasu after the demise of the Takeda clan, it eventually came to be possessed by Oda Nobunaga and Tokugawa leyasu, the latter of whom presented the sword to Toyotomi Hideyoshi in exchange for receiving the famous sword "Fudo Kuniyuki" from him during peace negotiations after the Battle of Komaki—Nagakute. Toyotomi Hideyori afterwards sharpened the blade during the winter Siege at Osaka and returned it to leyasu. ."
