Oda Nobunaga is a Boss in Nioh.
Oda Nobunaga was a powerful daimyō of Japan in the late 16th century who attempted to unify Japan during the late Sengoku period. Nobunaga was regarded as one of three unifiers of Japan along with his retainers Toyotomi Hideyoshi and Tokugawa Ieyasu. Nobunaga was widely known as one of the most brutal figures in history, eliminating anyone who stood in his way. He was both a skilled ruler and keen businessman, strategizing at both the micro- and macroeconomic scales. He met his demise when his retainer Akechi Mitsuhide rebelled against him at Honnō-ji.

Strategy 1 (Melee)
One good way to fight Oda Nobunaga is to equip a spear in mid stance so that you will be able to strike him from a distance. Dodge all of his attacks as he can easily defeat you in 2 to 3 strikes. After you dodge his barrage of attacks, hit him with 2 to 3 heavy strikes then turn away from him.Sometimes Oda will do a sword dash, so dodge behind him then continue to strike. Repeat this strategy until his HP is below 1/4.
Strategy 2 (Magic)
As with most bosses, onmyo debuffs can be used to trivialize Nobunaga. Sloth can be used to slow him to the point where simply running behind him as he attacks and hitting him with a full high stance combo is viable for an easy kill. Just pay attention to his element-specific attacks as these will still happen as usual while under sloth.

If you kill Oda Nobunaga and quit the mission to the title screen (example go farming to some other level or blacksmith etc..). Do you need replay WHOLE mission or is there save point before. Or do you have to kill "straight" (okay I know there is shine) Oda Nobunaga Edwar Kelley Yamata-no-Orochi

This boss uses living weapon a lot, and he changes element, but that can be used against him, once you get his pattern down and can last long enough in a fight, take note of your guardian spirits element. Once your element counters his, use a weakness talisman to smash his armor then transform. The combined damage is very high, I could land over 2000 with each sword blow, it's more than enough to get the cutscene. Just make sure he isn't hitting you back and ends your combo before you take him out.

Yep, you can parry him, guard break him, and headshot him. If you're good enough at aiming you can pretty much line up a headshot after every attack he does and just ground finish him

Spear for loosers. Nobunaga is the most easiest to parry. Even if he was with wify just parry, but don`t go in k.o. finishes if yuki near.

It´s another samurai fight, so it is not hard (dodge/block, attack when you have a window, and strike when his ki is low to make a grapple). But is probably the most interesting of all samurai fights, thanks to his multiple elemental attacks. Also is quite fair; he can kill you very fast if you are not careful, but doesn´t have oneshots.
Is this why he takes so many breaks in the latest one piece chapters?
