Yagyu Sekishusai is a famous sword master in Japanese history, In Nioh, he will duel William in Sword Mystic Art mission.
Location
- Yagyu Sekishusai is found in the Sword Mystic Art Mission within the dojo (Zen and Sword are One). To access the boss, the player must have at least 500000 proficiency with the sword as well as complete the dojo mission "The Way of the Warrior: Veteran".
- He is also encountered in the sub mission "The Two Masters" in the Tokai region, which is available after completing the main story. In this mission, he fights alongside Hozoin Inei.
- He is also encountered in the sub-mission "Marobashi" after completing the sub mission "The Two Masters." He is the sixth and final boss that must be fought.

AnonymousThis guy has a lot of hp, but he is predictable. Use a fast attack to open him up. Many times he will try to use a slow move against you, but you can get to him first and stun lock him. Just back up and bait him. If you time it and roll towards him when he sheathes and does his draw attack( White effect) you can get behind him and smack his back. If he blocks you, roll back, then let him charge. You can try to get him first if your move is swifter than his. Esp if he uses heavy stance
