Sarutobi Sasuke is a Boss in Nioh. A legendary ninja, who in Nioh serves as Sanada Yukimura's right hand.
Sarutobi Sasuke was a ninja who served under Sanada Yukimura. He was originally born into a warrior family in Omi province (present-day Shiga prefecture), but after its ruler was killed by Oda Nobunaga, Sasuke was forced to wander the land, learning a variety of martial arts and ninjutsu in the process. While training in the Togakushi style in a village near Ueda in Shinshu, he met Yukimura and agreed to serve him. He also learned many mystic arts from the Iga style from the ninjutsu master Hakuunsai, and eventually became one of Yukimura's top spies. He is said to have performed various acts of sabotage against the Tokugawa clan in the battles in Ueda, and it is believed that Yukimura was able to return safely to Osaka from Mt. Kudo thanks to Sasuke's escort and guidance. He also helped Yukimura infiltrate Osaka castle, assisting from the shadows.

To my big surprise Aya-Komori and a ton of kunais did the trick. Using Aya-Komori via talisman at the right distance seems to instantly knock him to the ground even with full ki .. allowing you a very nice ground stabbing on that basterd.

Use thrown weapons, he doesn't block them for some reason and eats the full damage. 21 kunais and 21 shurikens did the trick with a couple of ripostes.

This boss isn't that hard, but you need to be careful with his cheap grapple attack. Block his projectiles and dodge his bombs jutsu. Buff yourself before entering the arena and don't hesitate to headshot him when he's far.

Sliding grapple hitbox is wonky af. I can dodge all his attacks but somehow the grab gets me 50% of time.

How ironic: he's very strong vs paralysis, but he can be paralyzed using his set and thanks to the "6 pieces bonus", that is Status Ailment Augmentation (Paralysis) +29,10% at full familiarity.

This? Hard?!
I let him swing and miss, Low-stance dodged in, did a square-triangle combo (Kick for Ki kill) . He dodges away. I follow, do it again. 3 times total and he's out of ki. Grapple, IAI as he's getting up, repeat. This took 3 cycles and he didn't hit me once?! Didn't even need to break out the Sloth talisman!

Daiba-washi is good cheese as usual, but it's not perfect on him. Dodge out of the way of his stupid fucking kick as he gets up and waif ro the next opening, the faster casting mystic art is super useful for this. You'll have him dead in no time if you're careful.
